Sus platos ser\u00e1n sometidos a un estricto <strong>jurado calificador integrado por los chefs Rodolfo De Santis (Brasil), Harry Sasson (Colombia) y Rafael Osterling (Per\u00fa).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En esta oportunidad ser\u00e1n tres cocineros peruanos representar\u00e1n a nuestro pa\u00eds en este prestigioso concurso. Uno de ellos es Gerson Franks Figueroa Vargas, quien participa con un plato denominado \u20183.072 msnm\u2019. Tambi\u00e9n estar\u00e1 presente Miguel Jeanpier Pulache Tarrillo, \u00e9l fue seleccionado por su plato \u2018El regalo de Wiracocha\u2019 mientras que Simone Nebbia, llega a la semifinal por su preparaci\u00f3n \u2018Per\u00fa Ancestrale\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El ganador representar\u00e1 a Sudam\u00e9rica en la Gran Final S.
