Con&nbsp;5% de alcohol y 5 IBU (nivel de amargor), presenta una acidez l\u00e1ctica complementada con sutiles notas a aguaje y nuez, como un yogurt ligeramente frutado. Color dorado opaco y textura cremosa. Ligera y refrescante con alta carbonataci\u00f3n y ligera cremosidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una cerveza de trigo con proceso de acidificaci\u00f3n de 48 horas antes de fermentar y 30 kilos de aguaje al final de fermentaci\u00f3n.
